应用案例：
夫妻的精子或胚胎通常存放在-196℃的液氮罐中。当吸管破裂，被污染的人体材料,将排放到液氮中。在使用低温保存骨髓袋后，乙型肝炎的污染情况,即是此种方式。同样的情况也会发生在吸管保存的精子或胚胎上。如果患者想将精子或胚胎储存在液氮中，它们需要事先经过检查。
